中文摘要: 绕组直流电阻测量是变压器试验中的一个主要试验项目,对于出线端与GIS直接相连的大型变压器,通过测量变压器绕组直流电阻,可以检查出与变压器连接的导电回路有无接触不良、焊接不良及线圈故障等缺陷。由于测量高压绕组直流电阻时需拆除变压器出线端与GIS的连接,工作量大且有风险,因此例行的年度预防性试验中,测量变压器高压侧绕组直流电阻时将高压端GIS刀闸拉开,接地刀闸合上,断开其外部的接地连片,在接地刀闸引出端和中性点之间进行绕组直流电阻测量。在进行某电站500kV #4B变压器高压绕组直流电阻测量过程中,发现了一起500kV GIS接地刀闸内部传动机构轴销断裂缺陷,本文对缺陷的发现过程、检查情况、缺陷原因、处理情况进行了综合描述,并对后续GIS运维提出了相应的建议。
Abstract:Measuring DC resistance of winding is an important item in transformer test. For large transformers directly connected to GIS terminals, By measuring the DC resistance of the transformer winding, it is possible to check whether the conduction circuit connected with the transformer has any defects such as poor contact, poor welding and coil failure. Because of the need to dismantle the connection between the transformer outlet and GIS when measuring the DC resistance of the high voltage winding, the workload and the risk are large, so in the routine annual preventive test, the high voltage end GIS knife sluice is pulled apart when measuring the DC resistance of the high voltage side winding of the transformer, the ground knife sluice is closed, the external grounding connection is disconnected, then measured the DC resistance of winding between the leading-out end of the ground knife sluice and neutral point.In the process of winding DC resistance measurement for high voltage side of a 500kV #4B transformer,found the fracture of the axis pin of operation mechanism for the 500kV GIS earting swith event ,This paper described the discovery process, inspection, defect analysis, processing, and put forward the corresponding suggestions for the subsequent GIS operation and maintenance
