中文摘要: 针对当前电网设备选型和供应商选择困难问题,提出一种电网设备质量评价方法。基于生产管理系统中设备缺陷、故障、退役等运行数据,考虑不同设备投运年限、缺陷故障严重等级以及由于质量问题提前退役等因素的影响,构建相对完整的设备缺陷率、故障率和设备寿命评价模型,从而形成对设备质量的整体评价,为设备选型采购、设备运维策略优化提供更为科学的决策依据。
Abstract:Aiming at the difficult problems of power grid equipment type selection and supplier selection, a new method of evaluating the equipment quality is proposed. Based on the operation data of equipment defects, faults and decommissioning in production management system, considering the influence of different equipments service life, serious grade of different defects and early decommissioning due to quality problems, a relatively complete equipment defect rate, failure rate and equipment life evaluation is constructed. It is a overall evaluation of equipment quality, and provide a more scientific decision basis for equipment type selection and procurement, equipment operation and maintenance strategy optimization.
