中文摘要: 自我国交流特高压工程规划和建设以来,国内对特高压交流输电的输电能力、经济性、实施效果等方面存在较大的争议。本文通过建立特高压交流与超高压交流点对网和网对网的输电系统仿真模型,采用理论分析和仿真计算相结合的技术手段,针对不同输电距离和系统强度情况,从热稳极限、暂稳极限角度对比分析了特高压交流与超高压交流输电线路的送电能力,并以送受端同样系统强度下相同输电距离输送同等容量电力为例,对比分析了特高压交流输电与超高压交流输电的经济性,从而研究特高压与超高压交流输电在输电能力和经济性方面的优劣。研究表明,在相同的输电距离情况下,特高压交流的最大输电能力是超高压交流输电的2~4倍;相同输电容量下中短距离输电时,超高压交流输电经济性优于交流特高压输电。

Abstract:Since the planning and construction of the UHVAC transmission project in China, there has been considerable controversy over the transmission capacity, economy, and implementation effects of UHVAC transmission. This article compares UHVAC with EHVAC in terms of transmission capability and economy applying both theorical and simulation analysis. Model the point-to-grid and grid-to-grid transmission simulation system for both UHVAC and EHVAC, and for the different tranmission distance and system strength, analyze the transmission capability of UHVAC and EHVAC according to thermal stability and transient stability constraints. In addition, the economy of UHVAC and EHVAC are studied under the assumption of same system strength for sending end and receiving end, as well as same transmission capability per kilometer. Research shows that the maximum transmission capacity of UHVAC transmission is 2~4 times of EHVAC transmission under the same transmission distance, and EHVAC transmission is superior to UHVAC transmission in the same transmission capacity with medium and short range transmission.
