Abstract:Power dispatching fairness is the basic requirement of power dispatching and a important guarantee of implementation in power market reform. The development of power dispatching fairness evaluation index system is reviewed in this paper. New requirements of power market reform is put forward based on the current development of power market reform. A multidimensional index system including security checking, power service and auxiliary services is proposed by the introduction of the concept of multidimensional analysis theory. Finally, corresponding policy suggestions for the development of power dispatching fairness is discussed.
