中文摘要: 水轮发电机组在工作中发生轴瓦温度升高,是水轮机比较常见的故障类型[1]。针对普定水电站2号水轮发电机组推力瓦温异常升高导致机组跳闸停机的故障,详细了解故障前系统设备运行方式和故障发生过程;拆机对所有推力瓦进行全面检查,发现8块推力瓦中间位置磨损严重,对所有磨损推力瓦进行刮瓦处理,效果不佳;进而将受损推力瓦更换为塑料瓦,开机试运行时推力瓦温正常,效果明显。事后初步估计经济损失,深入分析事故原因,发现电站在设备、管理和技术方面存在的不足,提出了防范措施和重点要求,防止或避免类似情况再次发生,保证机组安全,确保电力系统安全、经济、高效运行,为普定水电站早日实现“远程集控、少人值守”创造良好条件。本次故障处理方法值得其他同类型水电厂(站)借鉴,提前防范,降低类似故障发生的概率,切实提高电力系统安全水平。
Abstract:The temperature rise of the bearing shell during operation of the water turbine generator sets is a common failure type of the turbine[1].It is pointed out that the failure of No. 2 hydro-generator set trip is caused by the abnormal increase of the temperature of the thrust tile of the water turbine generator set in puding hydropower station.The operation mode and failure process of the system before the fault was understood.All thrust tiles were checked for full inspection and it was found that the middle positions of 8 thrust tiles were badly worn.All worn thrust tiles were picked up but the effect was not beautiful.Therefore,the damaged thrust tiles were replaced by plastic tiles. The thrust watt was normal when the test ran and the obvious effect was achieved.After the failure,initial economic losses were estimated,the cause of the failure was deeply analyzed and the lack of equipment, management and technology was found.In order to prevent or avoid similar situations,ensure units safety, security, economic and efficient of power systemoperation,the preventive measures and key requirements have been put forward.It will create good conditions for the early realization of "remote set control and low maintenance" for puding hydropower station.This fault treatment method is worthy of reference for other types of water power plants (stations).We must guard against the similar situation to reduce the probability of similar failures and improve the safety level of power system.
